Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

U.S. residents 18 years or older. The Service is not available to residents of the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or children under 16.

License to You

Limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial career development.

Your Content & License to Us

You grant FourPoint.AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transform your uploaded materials solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You warrant you have all rights necessary.

AI Output Disclaimers

• AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify before use.
• No guarantee of securing employment.
• Outputs provided "AS IS."

Video-Interview Consent

By clicking Start Interview you:

• provide a written release to capture and analyze your video/audio;
• acknowledge the biometric disclosures in § 1.5;
• waive any claim that such processing violates your publicity or privacy rights, subject to statutory non-waivable rights (e.g., BIPA).

Prohibited Uses

You will not:

1. upload infringing, unlawful, or discriminatory content;
2. attempt to extract model weights or reverse-engineer proprietary features;
3. use the Service to create or train competing LLMs;
4. interfere with security or conclude your own biometric identification of third parties.

Subscription & Fees

Plans auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled in the customer portal at least 24 h before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice. Sections on IP, data handling, disclaimers, limits of liability, and arbitration survive termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FourPoint.AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

No Warranties

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

FourPoint.AI's total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Delaware law governs (conflict rules excluded). All disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Wilmington, DE. Class-action waiver applies.

Changes to Terms

Material changes posted 30 days before effective date; continued use indicates acceptance.
